Lan is pursuing PhD in Material Science and Engineering of Monash University under the supervision of Professor Jacek Jasieniak. His project focuses on synthesis and fabrication of magneto-optical responsive materials composed in dynamic micro-scale systems for security features or smart windows/displays. Previously, he worked on utilizing colloidal core-shell nanospheres in structural colors application and the improvement of optical and physical properties in transparent polymer substrate (OLED display's substrate).
