Mr Conor Day | ARC Centre of Excellence in Exciton Science

Conor is a Master of Science student interested in how the interactions of light and matter can be applied to biomedical research. Conor has experience in the characterisation and application of nanomaterials that undergo non-linear optical processes. He hopes to undertake further work exploring the photophysical processes these materials undergo, their impact on biological structures, and their future applications as sensors. Conor is passionate about engaging the broader community in science and is an aspiring science communicator.

Qualifications:
BSc Chemistry, University of Melbourne (2020)
