Spring Seminar 2023

The Spring Seminar will take place at the University of Melbourne from Wednesday 13 September to Friday 15 September. 

We have an exciting program planned, with invited speakers from industry and academia, a Wednesday afternoon poster session and a tour of CSIRO’s Clayton facility on Wednesday morning.

As the Centre is approaching the final year of operations and some of our members are beginning to move on to exciting new positions, we are planning for the Spring Seminar to be more special than normal.

It will be one of the final opportunities for the current cohort to come together and celebrate our collective and individual achievements over the past few years.

We have planned a tour of CSIRO’s Clayton facility on Wednesday morning and will organise transport from the University of Melbourne.

The seminar then commences on Wednesday afternoon with a welcome address and a poster session, which will be an excellent opportunity for you to showcase your research, ideas and insights, and get in some practice for the upcoming bumper conference season in Australia.

All students and postdocs attending and not scheduled to speak will need to prepare and submit a poster.
