UNSW Postdoctoral Position Available
Applications are welcomed for a 2-year post-doctoral position in Electron Spin Resonance of Excitonic Materials and Processes. The research will be carried out at UNSW Sydney, Australia under the direction of Associate Professor Dane McCamey.
The appointee will join the Spin Resonance research group, with strong interactions with other research groups and institutions working under the ARC Centre of Excellence in Exciton Science (ACEx). The appointee to this position will work with A/Prof. McCamey’s team, focusing on using spin based spectroscopic techniques to understand excitons processes in organic materials and devices.

Job Requirements:
To be eligible to apply, candidates must have (or should soon hold) a PhD in Physics or a related discipline and Research experience in the application of electron spin resonance to organic electrponic materials.
Candidates should also have:
- Demonstrated experience in spin physics and spin-based spectroscopy (e.g. pulsed EPR).
- Demonstrated experience in characterisation of organic optoelectronic materials and devices.
- Demonstrated experience in the development of experimental apparatus.
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis and scientific communication.
- Demonstrated capability to produce high quality research publications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated experience in fabrication of devices from oxygen sensitive materials, particularly in an inert environment.
